The solution to musculoskeletal pain must be available many times a day and it must be simple.

Much more than a pill for an ill

Good posture means more than throwing your shoulders back to sit or stand ‘straight’. Posture is related to movement. We need many possibilities to maximize effortless movement. Posture and pain cannot be remedied by merely substituting a better posture for an existing one.

This approach takes time but the results are lasting.
